We will support css priority for portal skin.
in gatein-resources.xml, we can add new tag <css-priority> with value is integer number.
Example:
<portal-skin>
<skin-name>Default</skin-name>
<css-path>/skin/Stylesheet.css</css-path>
<css-priority>0</css-priority>
</portal-skin>
