- Login and try to edit a page
- Drag&Drop a "Row Container" and an application (for example: New Account) into that container
---> Save ---> the "New Account" portlet is on the page now

- Edit that page again
- Drag&Drop another "Row Container" right below the first container
- Drag&Drop the portlet in the first Container to the second Container
---> Save
The "New Account" portlet's disappeared --> error
Expected: the portlet should be in the second Container of the page
