If I add an RSS feed to the dashboard, instead of displaying this one, it display the gatein one (https://issues.jboss.org/browse/GTNPORTAL-1145)

If I edit the preferences to change the feed url to a RSS feed such as http://api2.socialmention.com/search?q=exoplatform&t=all&f=rss , I'm getting the error because url prefs contain special character &.
