Summary: Properly support WSRP feature checking and support via supportedOptions (was: Consumer should check which features are supported by the producer and avoid trying to use unsupported features)
Description: A producer service description can use the supportedOptions element to inform consumers that it only supports some options. Our producer should emit such supportedOptions in its service description and our consumer should check which features are supported by the producer and avoid trying to use unsupported features.
