Through debugging I can provide the following observations:
* OK: At GateIn startup, there are two PortletContainerImpl created. Note that PortletContainerImpl owns a reference to PortletConfigImpl which is used to resolve the resource bundles needed to serve _ctx.appRes(String) as invoked from Groovy.
* NOT OK: Only one of the above instances is used when handling a requests for both /sample-portal and /portal.
