Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Redirect Condition with Properties (eg: "browser" matches "android")
2. Save
3. Edit same condition
4. Add new property (or user agent string)

What happens:
"browser" matches "android" condition turns to "browser" equals ""

What should happen:
"browser" matches "android" should be maintained the same.
