    Description: 
When selecting user for a group, the tooltip Quick Search of magnifying icon is always in English.
Step to reproduce:
1. click Group -> Organization -> Users and Groups management
2. Chose a Group
3. Open Select User popup by clicking magnifying icon at User Name field
4. Change language to other language such as: French
5. Hover magnifying icon at Search field of Select User popup. Tooltip value is still in English that is "Quick Search"
