Cases to reproduce:
# Login as john
# Go to the "Site" menu
# Click on "Edit Navigation" for "classic" portal
# Add new node
## Type values in Page Node Setting tab for a New_node
## In Page Selector tab, type "page_name" in the name and "Page<script>alert('a');</script>" into title
# Click Create Page
## A loading popup appears and a SyntaxError throws in Firebug console
## Abort, then click Save -> the node is created successfully
## Save node.
# Open again to Edit navigation
# Edit this Node
## The loading popup reappears and the SyntaxError throws in Firebug console
