When we request something to /mop using a PUT and there's no zip file to be imported, nothing happens, the import didn't happen, but in the logs it prints that the import was successful.

This tickets objective is add some logging message informing that no zip was read so nothing was actually imported.

To reproduce it, simply perform a PUT to /mop context having content type "application/zip" but no body.
