Steps to reproduce:
* Login as root
* Go to Application Registry, add *Services Management* gadget into a category
* Open Dashboard
* Add *Services Management* gadget
* Switch to French. 
* Open the gadget in both normal size and large size
** "Methods", "Properties" are still in English.
