- When there is not enough space for UIMaskWorkspace, it will show document's scrollbar, which will scroll the whole document instead of only the UIMaskWorkspace --> lets apply the behavior of bootstrap 3's modal component: scroll only the popup, not the whole document

- To reproduce:
+ Login , open the change language popup
+ resize the browser to smaller size --> vertical scrollbar appear
