the melange site does not tell us who put the star rating. I put
in my star rating for the proposal in Q.<br>

Irrespective, do not worry too much into star ratings. <br>
<br>
It is my hope that the slots will go to the best ideas we have in
the JBoss Ideas <br>
and we will choose the best student based on consultation with the
subject <br>
matter expert/mentor for that idea.<br>
