  Update npm packages and fix bower issue (#134)

* Fix new bower bug:
 invalid-meta The main field cannot contain minified files and
 invalid-meta The "main" field has to contain only 1 file per filetype; found multiple .js files
 Probably introduced with latest version of bower.

* Update the npm packages to latest versions.
