[Hawkular-dev] Which Maven version do we support?

Lukas found an issue with the latest maven 3.3.1 running the project: https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNG-5787 <https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNG-5787> (thank Jirka for finding that)

It seems the solution is either:
  to downgrade to maven 3.2.5 or upgrade the frontend-maven-plugin to 0.0.23 when using maven 3.3.1 (which I am)


Sooo it begs the question, “What version of Maven are we supporting?"
