[Hawkular-dev] Draft of a Hawkular mission statement - please comment

Nice draft Heiko!

One thing that caught my attention was the word  “enjoyable”. That seems more an attribute for a social services than a management console. Maybe “effective” would fit better for our project. Or do you see it differently?
