[Hawkular-dev] Alpha 9 targets

Hey,

I've added that at the bottom of [1]: we should concentrate on 
stabilizing
the code base (fix bugs). Other tasks are:

* More work on labels
* Allow to use tokens all over the place
* Move Hawkular onto WildFly 10 (if available )
* Finally address (and fix) availability handling
