[Hawkular-dev] versions to 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT

I created pull requests in four repos so all versions (except metrics) is moved to 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT.

The pull requests are:

https://github.com/hawkular/hawkular-inventory/pull/25
https://github.com/hawkular/hawkular-alerts/pull/18

Once we merge all these, all hawkular components will be at version 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT (again, except metrics - since they are on their own versioning stream).

Notice also I didn't touch parent-pom. I think we should move everyone to parent-pom version 8-SNAPSHOT, but that's another discussion. I did, however, make sure everyone is on the latest "7" parent pom.

I can merge all the PRs at once, unless someone has a problem with this. Speak now or forever hold your peace.

(FWIW, I built offline all these components locally and ran the kettle, and everything builds and kettle runs - so i don't think this will break anything)
