[Hawkular-dev] WF 9 upgrade

My understanding is that the agent would work with WF8 and WF9, but indeed with WF8 we "lose" some metrics.

While we'll need to keep some consistency between server screens, we'll also have differences (Tomcat/JWS, Fuse...).

I hope we don't have to duplicate all  but hide/show parts of the screens depending on the server type/version.
