[Hawkular-dev] Hawkular goodies / swag

Thanks, keep the ideas coming, I will summarize later and open for votes.

We'll likely end with various options, cheap to spread widely, "more
expensive" for selected people / draws.

For T-shrts (or similar), creative ideas on what it should look like would
be good
