[Hawkular-dev] agent 0.17.1.Final released - prometheus support

Hawkular WildFly Agent 0.17.1.Final has been released - this is the first release with Prometheus support. The agent can now be told to scrape Prometheus endpoints for metric data (so it now supports DMR (WildFly/EAP) monitoring, Platform monitoring, Jolokia/JMX monitoring, and now Prometheus endpoint monitoring).
