[Hawkular-dev] moving okhttp library from 2.x to 3.x

Hello,

Metrics no longer uses okhttp. It was used in code that has been removed
from the project. The only thing left is the property in root pom. I just
submitted a PR to remove the property (
https://github.com/hawkular/hawkular-metrics/pull/711).
