[Hawkular-dev] Hawkular BTM now includes Application Performance Management

Basically it just needs a jar being placed in the wildfly environment which is then referenced by setting up JAVA_OPTS. But this could be achieved by modifying the wildfly environment so could be seemless.

May need to wait until the backend is integrated with hawkular otherwise this may cause additional user steps to setup.
