[Hawkular-dev] Hawkular + MIQ CI news

The OS1 Kubernetes cluster[*] hosting livingontheedge.hawkular.org was recently upgraded from v1 to 1.2.  Along with this upgrade two new useful pods are added to the cluster:

- ManageIQ: https://miq.cloud1.hawkular.org
- Wildfly with Hawkular agent. You should see this instance listed on livingontheedge's Application Server tab.

These two are currently deployed manually on demand.  Auto deployment triggers to be added soon.
