[Hawkular-dev] Checkstyle rules

Hi Lucas,

I am not aware of any recent change in this area. Indeed, looking into 
the history of the checkstyle.xml file shows that the rule is there 
since the very beginning on Oct 27, 2014: 
https://github.com/hawkular/hawkular-build-tools/blame/master/build-tools/src/main/resources/hawkular-checkstyle/checkstyle.xml#L44

So there is a mismatch between checkstyle and IJ config, right? Would 
somebody please fix it?
