    Propagate Listener events on cluster scenarios

    Schema bootstrap skip should handle failures and server shutdowns

    Setting the conditions for group trigger ignores the condition
    triggerMode and follows only the triggerMode in the path parameters
  * [HWKALERTS-234 <https://issues.jboss.org/browse/HWKALERTS-234>] -
    MissingCondition handling needs to consider trigger mode
  * [HWKALERTS-243 <https://issues.jboss.org/browse/HWKALERTS-243>] -
    DefinitionsEvents might have a wrong order on import operations
  * [HWKALERTS-249 <https://issues.jboss.org/browse/HWKALERTS-249>] -
