[Hawkular-dev] Grafana datasource release: 1.1.1

The Hawkular grafana datasource has been released today to 1.1.1:

- Resolve variables in per-query tenant [1] and some related issues
*Concretely, it can be used in multi-tenant scenario, like with OpenShift,
where we want to have more or less the same dashboards repeated regardless
the tenant.*

- Add Dockerfile and instructions on how to build a docker image for dev [2]
