Hawkular Commons 0.7.3.Final was just released. This release includes<br>
the JAX-RS filter for requiring Hawkular-Tenant, as well as the<br>
annotation `@TenantRequired`, where you can mark a specific class or<br>
method as required or not required.<br>

PRs to Alerts and Inventory will follow shortly. I also expect to be<br>
able to send a PR to Metrics soon.<br>
