[hibernate-dev] Hibernate core 3.2.7 not on maven repo

It wont be added to any by us.  3.2.x does not use Maven to build and it
was decided to not write/maintain a pom for 3.2.x for that fact.
Certainly we could upload the jar, but the pom and its transitive deps
is what is generally useful...
