I think that Stuart is adding an AS7 module for joda-time soon.  We 
should be able to use that to resolve jira AS7-1465.

Stuart, from the above pom definition, it looks like HV needs:

<dependency>
<groupId>joda-time</groupId><artifactId>joda-time</artifactId><version>1.6</version><scope>compile</scope><optional>true</optional></dependency>

Is this the same version that you are adding to AS7?  If not, maybe we 
can put joda-time 1.6 in its own slot.
