Hardy, I looked a little bit more at the relocation stuff.  Basically it 
sucks to the point where I'd say that we simply consider Maven as not 
supporting changing artifact names.

But I have to ask, what was the argument against changing the group in 
the first place?  I remember we pointed out that we cannot "go back" and 
clean up the root org.hibernate group repository directories to remove 
existing stuff.  The change would only be "moving forward".  Was that 
the only argument?
