What makes less sense is relying on external infrastructure (other than our CI and Maven Central) during our build.</p> <p style="margin: 10px 0 0">Ideally we would generate links without actually accessing the website. <a href="https://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-javadoc-plugin/javadoc-mojo.html#offlineLinks" class="external-link" rel="nofollow noreferrer" style="color: #3b73af; text-decoration: none">offlineLinks</a> looks like what we need.</p> </td>
