[infinispan-dev] Hotrod - removeIfUnmodified request

Hi,

At the moment, removeIfUnmodified looks like follows: [header][key length][key][lifespan][max idle][entry_version][value length][value]
Does it make sense to also send maxidle and lifespan for a remove operation?
