[infinispan-dev] Cassandra CacheStore

SLF4J is the logging framework used by Cassandra and by my Connection Pool.
It is only included in the "test" scope to avoid SLF4J warnings that an
appropriate implementation cannot be found and when I need to get extra
logging from Cassandra.
