[infinispan-dev] xsite ready for testing

Hi,

All the review items discussed on Fr are now implemented[1]. Main ones:
- avoid cyclic backups
- the sites element is now inheritable as the rest of our configuration elements
- one can specify/implement a custom backupFailurePolicy[2]
- the timeout issue are fixed

This is not integrated in upstream yet, but given the feedback I got looks very close to it.
