[infinispan-dev] versioning - illegal state

On Friday Alesj tried latest code from master and it worked fine for him.

p.s. I investigated https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ISPN-1990 and it's incomplete until either we allow external versions to be set via Cache, or CacheManagerImpl.preload() stores versions read from the cache store in some other way in the cache. The former will be allowed once ISPN-2281 is in.
