[infinispan-dev] Infinispan embedded off-heap cache

As per Mircea, I moved my Fork's  [jcache-off-heap] ISPN7 module to new name
[off-heap] ISPN7 module. We will now use the
org.inifnispan.container.DataContainer API to cross the "Red Hat bridge" to
JCACHE.
