[infinispan-dev] Ceph cache store

Great job Vojtech!

The only thing that comes into my mind is to test it with
Kubernetes/OpenShift Ceph volumes [6].

But I guess this is OpenShift/Kubernetes configuration rather than Ceph
CacheStore itself.
