Fuse tooling is now part of JBoss Developer Studio Integration Stack and can be easily installed from JBoss Central  (https://access.redhat.com/site/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_JBoss_Developer_Studio/7.1/html/User_Guide/Install_Software_in_JBoss_Central.html)
