[jboss-as7-dev] Intermittent OSGI smoke test failures -- WAS: [jbossas-pull-requests] Fix JBAS-9323, JBAS-9209, JBAS-9325

It looks like we're making the wrong tweaks going through AS7-244 
(JBAS-9305), AS7-616 (JBAS-9312) and AS7-673.

Some intermittent testsuite2 EJB 3 failures look similar.
