Thanks to Jaikiran which pointed me to

Is there any documentation about this change?

And second question how can I enable created datasource by using
jboss-as-maven-plugin?

I know that how to do it in CLI, Web admin console, but
jboss-as-maven-plugin had the attribute (<enabled>true</enabled>, but
now it disappeared.
