[jboss-as7-dev] 7.1.0.CR1b released

Hi Everyone,

There were two issues uncovered after the CR1 release that are 
potentially mass affecting[1]. Instead of making everyone wait for 
Final, we decided to release a patched version of CR1, called CR1b that 
addresses the issues.
