[jboss-as7-dev] Request for review of DomainServletApi bridge

I expect that the core will not depend on the subsystem. Right now there 
are two known management interface types based on the httpserver, and 
there should be an extension mechanism that allows for alternate ways to 
expose the ModelController without the core being affected, even if the 
associated services fail to start. Once I have something fleshed out 
I'll send it out.
