If we are removing areas of the testsuite structure could I suggest that 
for a couple of days we leave the empty folders behind to allow any new 
classes to be moved out.

I am currently working on some tests in this area and don't know how git 
is going to behave if the folders that hold the tests suddenly vanish 
during a rebase.
