[jboss-as7-dev] Getting Started Developing Applications Guide

I have updated the quickstarts to use JBoss AS HEAD (build from https://github.com/jbossas/jboss-as) and the JBoss AS Maven Plugin HEAD (build from git://github.com/jamezp/jboss-as-maven-plugin.git). You must build both of these projects before trying the quickstarts.

Arquillian content is added, please review.
