[jboss-as7-dev] Changing AttributeDefinition default for allowExpressions

At this point i don't think it's a good idea to change the default for 
existing attributes. We fist need to look which implications this change 
would have for our backwards compatibility layer in more detail. Since 
at least we are not going to be able to provide group and server 
overrides for properties.
