I'm moving the persistence provider specific integration code into a 
separate repo that includes some of the JPA related management code.

The AS8 JPA subsystem management api that is exposed for deployed 
applications, will not change (jboss-cli + management console will not 
need changes).  Which is why I didn't respond before (since there will 
be no API changes).  I'm responding anyway, just to keep people informed 
about the pending changes.
