yourself and 'start progress' - so we won't be duplicating work.
Once we pass the TCK, we can upgrade to jUDDi 3. Working on
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://issues.jboss.org/browse/AS7-2278">https://issues.jboss.org/browse/AS7-2278</a> might be a good starting
