Hi,
you can create a folder inside the module root like "resources" and put there your properties and define the folder as a resource-root:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<module xmlns="urn:jboss:module:1.1" name="my.module">
<resources>
<resource-root path="resources"/>
</resources>
</module>
