Try to change line 24 of ejb-jar.xml in

     <activation-config-property-value>queue/useCase</activation-config-property-value>


and try changing in standalone.xml

                    <jms-queue name="useCaseQueue">
                        <entry name="java:/queue/useCase"/>
                    </jms-queue>
