<div class="jive-rendered-content"><p>I am having trouble with a JBPM workflow where the <span style="color: #000000; font-family: Arial, 'Liberation Sans', 'DejaVu Sans', sans-serif; font-size: 14px; background-color: #ffffff;">StaleObjectStateException</span> is being thrown while processing the "end" of a workflow process.</p><p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"> </p><p>In this instance we are running JBPM 3.2.7</p><p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"> </p><p>We have gone round and round with this problem, trying to see what is causing the issue.  The worst thind that happens when this occurs to us, is that the workflow process starts itself over again at the start task.  This looping is causing a major headache.</p><p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"> </p><p>Does anyone have any thoughts about what may be causing the looping or the error in the first place.</p><p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"> </p><p>Let me know if there are more relevant details that you may need for this.</p><p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"> </p><p>Also of note, this occurs when I process a single transaction at a time in the system.</p></div>
